General Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the entire relationship between pk775 ("we", "us", "the Operator", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses the pk775 website and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, and all payment facilities.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

To register and use pk775, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not knowingly circumventing any legal restrictions applicable in your jurisdiction through the use of VPN, proxy, or similar technologies.
• You have not previously had a pk775 account suspended or permanently closed for violations of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or affiliate of pk775 or any of its group companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

pk775 will conduct age verification as part of the withdrawal process. This may include requesting a copy of a government-issued identity document (such as a Pakistani National Identity Card, passport, or driver's licence). Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until compliance is confirmed.

pk775 does not accept responsibility for any use of the platform by persons who have misrepresented their age or eligibility status. Players who become aware of underage use of the platform are encouraged to report this to the pk775 support team immediately.

Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per User

Each individual User is permitted to hold only one active pk775 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to maintain that accuracy throughout your use of the platform. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and payment details. pk775 is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the User.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk775 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. pk775 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have formally notified pk775 of a security breach at the earliest opportunity.

3.4 KYC Verification

pk775 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Users will be required to complete identity verification — typically at the point of first withdrawal — by submitting valid identification documents. KYC documents may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. pk775 reserves the right to request KYC documents at any time.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pk775 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Bitcoin. 4.2 Minimum & Maximum Amounts

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your pk775 account at the time of the transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and by account verification status. pk775 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa typically reflect in your pk775 balance within minutes. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to one business day. Crypto deposits (USDT TRC20, Bitcoin) are credited following the required number of blockchain confirmations. Withdrawal processing times vary by method but pk775 endeavours to process all withdrawal requests promptly. Withdrawal requests that require KYC verification may be held until verification is complete.

4.4 Currency & Conversion

pk775 accepts transactions denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via local payment methods and in USDT or Bitcoin for crypto-denominated accounts. Where currency conversion is involved, the rate applied will be the prevailing market rate at the time of processing. pk775 does not charge currency conversion fees but third-party fees imposed by payment providers or blockchain networks may apply.

4.5 Withdrawal to Original Method

pk775 applies a return-to-source policy for withdrawals wherever possible. Funds deposited via JazzCash will be withdrawn to the same JazzCash account. Funds deposited in Bitcoin will be returned to a Bitcoin wallet. pk775 may, at its discretion, apply a different withdrawal method where return-to-source is not technically available, subject to satisfactory KYC verification.

4.6 Fraud & AML

pk775 employs transaction monitoring systems to detect and prevent money laundering, fraud, and other financial crimes. Any account suspected of facilitating suspicious transactions will be suspended pending investigation. pk775 reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in accordance with its AML obligations under international gaming license requirements.

Bonuses & Promotions

pk775 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published with each individual promotion. The following general bonus rules apply to all pk775 promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to accounts other than the one for which they were issued.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in each promotion's individual terms.

• Bonuses credited via cryptocurrency deposits are subject to the same wagering requirements as PKR-denominated bonuses. The value of crypto bonuses is calculated at the prevailing rate at the time of crediting.
• pk775 may, at its sole discretion, require additional verification before releasing bonus funds or associated winnings.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on pk775 — including cricket, PSL matches, international T20s, and other supported sports — are governed by the pk775 Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately on the platform. In the event of a dispute or ambiguity, the pk775 Sports Betting Rules take precedence. pk775 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on a suspended market, or placed in circumstances that suggest abuse of the platform.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games available on pk775 — including live dealer tables, slot titles, crash games, and speciality games — use independently certified random number generators (RNGs) or licensed live dealer studios. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is published within the game's information panel. pk775 is not responsible for the outcome of any individual game session, as all outcomes are determined by certified RNG processes beyond the Operator's control.

6.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or platform outage, pk775 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. 6.4 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all sports markets and casino games on pk775. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface or game window. pk775 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time, including applying individual account-level limits where warranted by responsible gaming considerations or risk management requirements.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pk775. Any User found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any balances associated with prohibited activity may be forfeited:

• Creating more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with the pk775 platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or loopholes in the platform for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, odds, or sportsbook markets.

pk775 actively monitors account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Investigations may be conducted without prior notice to the User. Findings from such investigations are final and binding in relation to account closure and balance forfeiture decisions.

• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the User has failed to maintain reasonable password security.
• Any loss or damage resulting from reliance on information published on the pk775 platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits pk775's liability for death or personal injury caused by pk775's own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such limitation is prohibited by law.

pk775 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose, or the accuracy of odds and information displayed.

Account Termination

12.1 Termination by the User

You may close your pk775 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be settled and your remaining balance will be paid out to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements. Note that account closure is distinct from self-exclusion — if you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, we recommend opting for self-exclusion instead.

12.2 Termination by pk775

pk775 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; abusive behaviour toward staff or other users; provision of false registration information; or failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe.

In cases of account closure due to Terms violations, pk775 reserves the right to withhold balances that are directly associated with the prohibited activity. Any withheld funds will be dealt with in accordance with pk775's AML and compliance procedures.

Amendments to These Terms

pk775 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the pk775 platform. The effective date displayed at the top of this document will be updated with each revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any changes.

Your continued use of pk775 following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept a material change to these Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pk775's international gaming license jurisdiction.
